At  my greens pack, we take pride in delivering high-quality, fresh, and organic dry fruits. Your satisfaction is important to us. Please review our Refund and Return Policy below.

✅ Returns Eligibility

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we only accept returns or replacements under the following conditions:

  • The product was damaged or spoiled at the time of delivery

  • The item delivered was incorrect (wrong product or quantity)

  • The package was tampered with or opened upon delivery

Note: We do not accept returns for reasons such as taste preference, personal dislike, or incorrect orders placed by the customer.

🕒 Return Window

  • You must report any issues within 24 hours of receiving the product.

📦 Return Process

  1. Contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery

  2. Provide clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product and the packaging

  3. Once approved, we will offer either:

    • A replacement of the product (subject to availability)

    • A full or partial refund, depending on the issue

💸 Refund Method

  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–7 business days

  • In some cases, we may issue store credit or a discount coupon for future purchases

❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or partially consumed products

  • Products reported after the return window (24 hours)

  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling

  • Customized or bulk orders (unless defective)

🚚 Shipping Costs

  • If a return is approved due to our error (wrong item/damaged item), we will cover all shipping costs.

  • For any other cases, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility (if applicable).
