🚚 Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving full payment.
Orders placed after 2 PM or on holidays/weekends will be processed on the next business day.

🌍 Delivery Areas

We currently ship to most locations across India (or update if international shipping is available).
If your area is not serviceable, we will inform you immediately and issue a full refund.

⏱️ Estimated Delivery Time

Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
Other Urban Areas: 3–6 business days
Remote & Rural Areas: 5–8 business days

Note: Delivery timelines may vary during festivals, high-demand periods, or due to courier service delays beyond our control.

Shipping charges (if any) will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

📦 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can track your shipment through our courier partner’s tracking link or from your account dashboard.

📬 Failed or Missed Deliveries

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier may attempt 2 more times.
If delivery fails and the package is returned to us, we will contact you to reschedule (additional shipping charges may apply).

📦 Packaging & Safety

We use food-grade, tamper-proof packaging to ensure your dry fruits reach you fresh and intact. Please do not accept any package that looks damaged, opened, or tampered with.
